Dr. Janet Estrada believes that strong schools are built on strong relationships, and has made community connections the heart of her work on the Adams 14 School Board. She has hosted “Coffee with the Board” gatherings, led Community Conversations, and used online platforms and social media to keep families informed and engaged. Dr. Estrada actively listens to students, families, educators, and community members—asking meaningful questions about their experiences, their hopes, and preference of communication. The commitment to two-way communication has helped rebuild trust, strengthen partnerships, and ensure the district’s decisions reflect the voices of our community.
