Clinical Trial Training Certificate Course

In Summer 2025, the Roche-Genentech Summer Research Cohort was launched. This summer research opportunities was generously sponsored by Roche-Genentech under a grant for the Xavier College of Pharmacy Investigators: Dr. Al-Dahir and Dr. Okogbaa. The faculty instructors for this course were Dr. Sara Al-Dahir, Dr. Marcia Henry and myself. 

In this summer internship, students:

1) Learned important hands-on research skills from the bench sciences across the Biology and Chemistry disciplines

2) Participated in an on-line certificate program where videos, discussion boards and other opportunities will be presented to share information about clinical research pathways, including "bench to bedside" science.
