Structure

The DRAW utilizes pre-existing community groups as the foundation of community input. Directors are selected by their communities (or appointed in the absence of such director). Directors may run for positions of office higher than the standard "Councillor"

A general meetings is held once a year to review goals and conduct elections for office.

The appointments of directors are made entirely by the communities they represent. The DRAW offers assistance to communities that require assistance organizing an appointment.
