Learning & Teaching

Innovative Experential Learning Expert

I am an expert in using Business Game Simulations (BGS) to drive learning and engagement. This approach is used by the top business schools worldwide and big corporates to gain competitve advantage through competency building. Universities are challenged in today’s competitive market to offer valuable experiences. I have delivered innovation in teaching practice using business game simulations - informed by experiential learning pedagogy. This approach is suitable for both large and small group settings and is agile in nature. This resulted in the sustained growth of our business programmes over the years with very high satisfaction from the students and enabling them to confidently take on leadership roles in the industry or venture to develop their businesses.
