Post-doctoral Research Associate, School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering, Washington State University (WSU) USA (March, 2016 - March, 2017). Research Area: Intermetallic Growth Kinetics and its Effect on the Shear-Fracture Response of Thin Solder Micro-joints (Supported by NSF (DMR-1309843) and Missile Defense Agency (MDA)) (Developed SAC 305 Micro Solder Joints and studied their fracture behavior for different aging conditions).
