I'm Arnita Porter, your online instructor for Legal Aspects of Real Estate. I'm so glad you're here!

This 16-week course is taught in Canvas. It begins August 26, 2019 at 9 AM and ends on December 15, 2019 at 11:59 PM. During the semester we will examine various topics including property ownership rights, contract law, ethics, and civil rights and fair housing and we'll explore ways in which these topics are relevant to and impact our daily lives.
