Over the past decade, I have cultivated a rich and diverse career in academia, primarily within the university setting. My journey began in 2008 as a financial & portfolio analyst, along with a role as a visiting lecturer in higher education. I transitioned into academic strategic management acting as Head of Programme, before joining Marconi University in Rome in 2012 as Programme Director and academic consultant. In 2013, I joined Regent's University London as Senior Lecturer in Finance. This role also allowed me to mentor undergraduate and graduate students, fostering their academic growth and igniting their passion for research. Subsequently, in 2021, I secured a tenure-track position as an assistant professor in Finance at the University of West Attica (Department of Accounting & Finance), while in 2025, I was promoted to the position of Associate Professor.
My work has consistently emphasized collaborative projects and partnerships with industry leaders. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to advancing knowledge, nurturing the next generation of scholars, and contributing meaningfully to the academic community.
