Breastfeeding

I completed my training as an NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor in 2009 and regularly support mothers face to face and over the telephone.

Breastfeeding support is included with doula support, but is also available separately.

I recognise that everyone's breastfeeding goals and priorities are different, and I will work to help you achieve yours, whatever they may be.

• I can come to your home (or other suitable agreed location) for a face to face visit.

• The visit normally takes about an hour or so.

• We will talk lots, I'll ask any questions, and I'll observe a feed.

• There will be lots of information shared with you.

• We will discuss ways to resolve any issues.

• Follow up information will be sent to you soon after the visit.

A visit costs £40. Further text and phone support is included but if a follow up visit is requested this will cost £30.
