Find sample surveys that can be adapted to meet your program's needs to the right.
In order to streamline data collection across all Double Up partner sites, we ask that you use the Net Promoter Score Question method. This will allows us to reliably identify SNAP customers who are satisfied with and would recommend the program across the country.
First, include the Net Promoter Score Question in your surveys:
1.) “On a scale from 1-10, how likely are you to recommend Double Up to a friend or family member who receives SNAP benefits? (with 10 being the most likely to recommend)"
2.) To round out this information, you may use the optional question: “What is one improvement that would make you happier with this program?”
Next, calculate the Net Promoter Score:
Customers that give you a 6 or below are Detractors, 7 or 8 are Passives, and a 9 or 10 are Promoters. To calculate your Net Promoter Score, subtract the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters.
