Uniform Structure

You must have a body-worn camera at all times.

• Exemptions apply for Class A uniforms when worn in a ceremonial setting.

External Bulletproof Vests may be worn only on high priority scenes ('Y' Menu).

Blue Surgical Gloves may be worn only when logically needed, such as: when searching people or providing medical aid. ('Y' Menu).

Rank Appropriate Insignia must be worn if the Officer is eligible.

• If the rank insignia for your rank is not available on certain clothing items, no rank insignia shall be used.

You may choose to wear Service Stripes/Stars on long sleeve shirts if eligible.

You must not have 2 or more Tasers visible on your person at any given time (e.g. A Taser on duty belt aswell as on vest)

Tasers that are visibly worn must always be black in color.

Glasses are Optional and must be professional as per Section 102.45 of the Manual.

Command Members (Lieutenant +) are permitted to wear unmarked and modified Uniforms.
