105.32 Written Warnings

Issuing written warnings simply add a record to the individual, with no financial repercussion as is the case with a ticket and no jail time as is the case in an Arrest Report, not all charges within the Penal Codes are eligable for being downgraded to a warning so will not appear in the "Violations" tab.

105.33 Ticket

Issuing tickets is usually only available for Infraction or Misdemeanor offences, few felony charges may be downgraded to a non arrest. Infraction amount often falls between a given range and that actual amount due is up to officer discretion depending on the severity of the offence, provided it falls betwean the given minimum and maximum values.

Arrest reports require transport to Station and the full booking process to be initiated, do so with reference to 206 - Custody Procedures.

105.12 Convictions & Related Incidents

It is imperitive all Officers are clear on the fact that "Related incidents" does not imply the individual is a perpatrator in all these incidents, they may be in some, in which case you will see the relevant charges in their prior Convictions. Unfortunately, convictions are not grouped by the incidents in which they were applied.

105.31 Investigating Firearms

All Firearms purchased legally in San Andreas are automatically linked to the buyer through Serial Number. Any weapons and individual has purchased are visible to the police as a subsection in their Citizen Information, or in their own page in the Weapon Registry (the same applies to Firearms retrieved from the Armoury by Police Officers).


Any shell casings found can be traced via serial number back to the weapon from which the round was fired.

With this knowledge, Police are now able to run the given Serial Number obtained through collecting shell casings in order to investigate the following:


105.32 Linking Weapons to Incidents & Reports

Weapons may be connected to Incidents & Reports via the "Weapons" tab in the respective Police Records. These links will appear on the weapons history - accessible through running the serial number in the weapon registry. 

Note: Any Firearms (Lethal & less-Lethal) checked out from the Police Armoury are automatically linked to the Officer - they will appear on the Officers Citizen Record and their firearms are likely involved in various Incidents & Reports.

105.4 Incidents (Arrests & Citations, etc)

Police "Incidents" refer to any and all situations in which you might interact with a member of the public and conduct Law Enforcement. "Incidents" may be simple citations or large-scale elaborate robberies with multiple suspects.

105.42 Charging Suspects

Multiple Suspects can be charged/ booked under 1 incident should an Officer wish to do so. Where multiple Officers are booking for multiple suspects on the same scene - each suspect may have their own incident, as long as Officers remeber to "Link" the incidents to eachother once submitted.

To add a suspect to an Incident you do the following:

There are only 2 types of Police "Records". Officer Involved Shooting (OIS) Report, conducted by department Supervisors. And, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Reports, conducted by Traffic Officers.
