Travel and Train Programs

Tailored to sport, show, and working dogs, these two week travel and train programs will set up you and your pup for a lifetime of confidence and relaxation on the road, ensuring stress free trips from day one and leaving you to focus on the fun parts. Also highly successful as a pet travel partner “boot camp”, for the busy owner who loves to travel with their dog(s) or who simply wants a well rounded confident pup to take out on the town. All prices include your initial consultation, two weeks of board and train, two follow up sessions, travel and lodging fees, treats, chews and more. Owner is responsible for food, requested supplements, professional handling expenses, and grooming and veterinary needs. Travel and trains are scheduled on an extremely limited basis, please schedule early to ensure your space is reserved.

Specialized training requires full disclosure of need and is adjusted accordingly. While progress is guaranteed, each dog learns at their own pace and retention is contingent on the completion of the program and consistent, daily practice by the owner(s). Additional weeks can be added and additional support is available, please reach out for a full price list.

Baby Basics and Socialization, $2100

Available for puppies from 10-20 weeks of age who have had at least two sets of vaccines
The Baby Basics and Socialization T+T program is the best way to get your new puppy started on the right paw to be a successful travel and trial partner. Puppies are worked with individually multiple times per day in different environments and situations, and attend Training Walks and Group Adventures as their maturity, behavior, and comfort allows.
Program covers handling skills, name recognition, sit, down, stand, stay, come, wait, leave it, drop it, loose leash walking, touch, doorway etiquette, crate training and confinement, relaxation skills, car manners, cooperative care, and more.

Basics and Desensitization, $2500

Available for non-reactive dogs from 5 months and up
The Basics and Desensitization T+T program is tailored to older puppies and dogs who are almost ready to start their careers but lack the travel foundations to succeed on the road, as well as pet dogs whose owners want to make vacations, camping, and road trips more enjoyable without leaving their furry friends at home. Dogs are worked with individually multiple times per day and attend Group or Solo Adventures as their behavior and comfort allows.
Program covers handling skills, name recognition, sit, down, stand, stay, come, wait, leave it, drop it, loose leash walking, touch, doorway etiquette, crate training and confinement, relaxation skills, car manners, cooperative care, ringside manners, and more, as well as skills relevant to their specific job or sport.

Competitive Canine, $2100

Available for non-reactive dogs from 5 months and up who have completed Basic training
The Competitive Canine T+T program is a program tailored to older puppies and dogs who have a solid foundation and have completed basic manners training but need to gain experience on the road or a more solid foundation in their new job. Dogs are worked with individually multiple times per day and attend Group or Solo Adventures as their behavior and comfort allows.
Program covers all necessary basic skills at home and in public, relaxation skills, ringside manners, grooming desensitization, advanced handling techniques, plus skills needed for your dog’s sport or job.

Behavior Modification, $4200

The Behavior Modification T+T program is the best way to get your dog back on track to be a successful travel partner. For dogs with behavior issues such as leash reactivity, resource guarding, and more. Dogs are worked with individually in multiple small sessions. Dogs are brought on twice weekly Solo Adventures and as many Group Adventures as their behavior and comfort levels allow.
Program covers handling skills, name recognition, sit, down, stand, stay, come, wait, leave it, drop it, loose leash walking, touch, doorway etiquette, crate training and confinement, relaxation skills, muzzle desensitization, and controlled trigger exposure and desensitization.
