Private Training Sessions

Each session includes emailed notes and personalized homework. Sessions have listed estimated lengths from thirty minutes to two hours and may vary more depending on the type of training and the receptivity of the dog and owner. All courses are designed to be utilized as part of a six week program. While progress is guaranteed, each dog learns at their own pace and retention is contingent on the completion of the program and consistent, daily practice by the owner(s). All offerings can be modified to meet individual needs.

I offer private training in Orange County and San Diego County, California, as well as through the rest of the US when on the road. I am most frequently in Arizona, Oregon, and Texas, when not in California. Looking for my travel schedule? Send me an email to get on the notification list!

Puppy Primer - $120 per one hour session

For non-reactive Puppies from 2-5 months

Six week program covers handling skills, name recognition, sit, down, stand, stay, come, wait, leave it, drop it, loose leash walking, touch, doorway etiquette, crate training and confinement, relaxation skills, and more.

Adult Manners - $135 per one hour session

For non-reactive dogs over 5 months of age

Six week program covers handling skills, name recognition, sit, down, stand, stay, come, wait, leave it, drop it, loose leash walking, touch, doorway etiquette, crate training and confinement, relaxation skills, car manners, and more.

Advanced Manners - $135 per one hour session

For non-reactive dogs who have completed a basic course and wish to further their skills

Six week program expands on and adds fluency to all known behaviors, gaining confidence in any they struggle with and increasing comfort with distractions

Competitive Canine - $150 per one hour session

For competition and working dogs from 5 months up

Six week program covers all necessary basic skills at home and in public, relaxation skills, ringside manners, grooming desensitization, advanced handling techniques, plus skills needed for your dog’s sport or work. Specialized training requires full disclosure of need and is adjusted accordingly.

Reactive Rovers - $180 per one hour session

For dogs needing assistance working through reactivity, resource guarding, anxiety, and more

Six week program covers handling skills, name recognition, sit, down, stand, stay, come, wait, leave it, drop it, loose leash walking, touch, doorway etiquette, crate training and confinement, relaxation skills, muzzle desensitization, controlled trigger exposure and desensitization, and advanced handling techniques.

NEW! Ringside Coaching - $85 per 30 minute session

For clients who want to improve their handling in the sport and show rings

May include video review, active ringside assistance, and more

Package options include assistance counting points, finding majors, reviewing judging options, prepping for the ring, and more.
