We will follow the 2020 Canine Vaccination Protocol written by Integrative and Functional Medicine Veterinarian Dr._Laurie_Coger for our puppies along with Quantitative Antibody Titer Testing:
10 weeks Parvovirus
14 weeks Core Vaccines - Combo Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus
17 weeks Quantitative Titer for Core Vaccines
18 weeks Additional Core Vaccine Booster(s) only if titer testing is negative.
Immediately after each Core Vaccine, the homeopathic detox agent Thuja can given to help your pup detox.

A titer confirmation can be done one year after the last Core Vaccine and then be repeated every three years or more frequently to confirm continued immunity. Low cost quantitative titers from the University of Kansas can be ordered through Dr. Robb HERE.
According to Dr. Ronald Schultz, if titers for CDV, CPV, CAV or Rabies indicate that immunity has been established then it is likely that immunity will last many years or possibly a LIFETIME and repeat vaccines would not be necessary. (Duration of Immunity, Schultz 2006)
Rabies vaccine should not be given before 24 weeks except where required by law. Merial makes a rabies vaccine called IMRAB 3 TF (the 3 designates a 3-year vaccine, and TF stands for “Thimerosal-free”). This is the Rabies vaccine that our vet recommends for the puppies. It can be immediately followed by a homeopathic detox remedy specifically for the Rabies vaccine called Lyssin.
Rabies vaccines must be given every three years as indicated by law even if a Rabies titer indicates that your pup is still protected. Dr. Robb with Protect The Pets is working to change this.
