Cambridge Education and Curriculum
The Cambridge curriculum boasts a meticulously structured framework and pedagogical approach for each subject it encompasses. This program centres on a student-centric methodology, aiming to cultivate innovative thinking capabilities and proficient problem-solving skills among learners. The curriculum's design is intended to foster competencies and knowledge within the core realms of English, Mathematics, and Science, creating a solid foundation for their subsequent educational endeavours.
Cambridge Primary curriculum
Within the Cambridge Primary curriculum (Grades 1 to 5), a comprehensive framework and instructional strategy are in place to promote an inquiry-driven learning approach, fostering critical thinking abilities and intellectual engagement. Our institution offers the Cambridge Primary English curriculum, which encompasses seven distinct content areas: grammar, spelling, fiction, non-fiction, comprehension, composition, and reading. This comprehensive approach not only enhances students' command of the English language but also bolsters their proficiency in verbal communication.
The Cambridge Primary Science curriculum centres on building students' comprehension of fundamental concepts across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Given the experimental nature of Science, learners are guided through the acquisition of scientific inquiry skills, instilling both confidence and a deep-rooted interest in scientific knowledge.
Meanwhile, the Cambridge Primary Mathematics curriculum emphasises the cultivation of mental strategies, the comprehension of mathematical concepts, as well as techniques and skills for effective problem-solving. This holistic approach provides students with a well-rounded grasp of the subject matter.
Furthermore, our institution extends its offerings to encompass additional subjects, namely ICT (Computers), Geography, History, Arts & Handwork, and Music, all of which align seamlessly with the tenets of the Cambridge Curriculum.
