Produced and edited a feature segment on artist Walker Babington for WHRO’s PBS Curate series. The episode highlighted Babington’s unique approach to performance art and sculpture, intended to inspire and engage the regional arts community.
My Role & Contributions:
Collaborated with the production team to review raw footage and determine the narrative structure.
Edited video and audio segments using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Selected supporting visuals and B-roll to enhance storytelling.
Ensured final edits met WHRO’s broadcast quality standards.
What I Learned:
This project strengthened my post-production skills, especially in storytelling through video editing. I learned how to balance creative vision with broadcast technical requirements, and I gained experience in meeting tight editorial deadlines.

Assisted in the technical setup and execution of WHRO’s remote coverage for a community Juneteenth celebration, which included live performances, speeches, and cultural presentations.
My Role & Contributions:
Helped transport and set up audio-visual equipment on-site.
Coordinated with event staff to ensure proper camera placement and microphone setup.
Monitored sound and visuals during the live broadcast to ensure smooth production.
What I Learned:
This project gave me firsthand experience in live event production and reinforced the importance of adaptability and quick troubleshooting in unpredictable settings. I also learned how to work effectively as part of a technical crew in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
