1. The editor-in-chief will automatically acknowledge the electronic submission of the article via an electronic mail sent to the author. The editor-in-chief will submit the article to the managing editor, who will screen the submitted the manuscript is in accordance with the focus and scope of the journal.

  2. The managing editor will send it to the assistant editor section also known as the section editor, for further processing. Otherwise, the managing editor will reject the manuscript and return it to the author(s).

  3. After the first screening, the section editor will receive the manuscript and removes the author(s) identity in the article to abide the full double-blind refereeing process. The section editor will send the manuscript to two reviewers who have the same knowledge as in the manuscript. If the decision of the two reviewers is contradictory, the section editor will tap an additional reviewer.

  4. The section editor receives the review results from the reviewers then the together with the managing editor make a decision either accepted, accepted with correction, or rejected).

  • If the manuscript status is accepted, the managing editor will send it to the Production unit for publication.

  • If the manuscript status is accepted with correction then the managing editor will send the manuscript to the author(s). After the manuscript is corrected according to reviewers' comments, the section editor will send it to the Production unit for publication.

  • If the manuscript status is rejected then the managing editor will return the manuscript to the author(s).

  1. The author is required to attend to the reviewers’ recommendations and append them to the manuscript using colored text for identification. In the case where the author contradicts to the recommendations, s/he needs to placed the explanation via the reply section of the manuscript. The managing will re-send the revised/corrected manuscript to the same reviewers for the final review to check if the quality of the revised manuscript is acceptable to the journal.

  2. Once the manuscript is accepted for publication, the editor-in-chief will send a Manuscript Acceptance Letter to the Corresponding Author and also notifying about the possible date of online publication.

  3. The production unit receives the manuscript and will be requested to apply for individual direct object identifier and be properly indexed online.
