Puppy Grooming Introduction (3–6 months)
A gentle, step-by-step introduction to grooming, helping your puppy feel safe, comfortable and confident in the salon environment.
This 3-session programme builds your puppy’s tolerance at their own pace, focusing on creating a positive experience rather than a perfect groom.
Session 1 (approx. 30 mins)
Calm introduction to the salon
Gentle handling and getting used to the environment
Session 2 (approx. 45–60 mins)
Bath, gentle dry & light brushing
Introduction to grooming tools and sounds
Session 3 (approx. 60–75 mins)
Bath, dry & brush
Face, feet & hygiene tidy (as tolerated)
Nail trim
Sessions are recommended weekly to support confidence and familiarity. Some puppies may benefit from additional sessions depending on their needs.
Most puppies are ready to move on to a regular grooming routine, or continue with a few shorter sessions to build further confidence.

Facial Massage
A gentle, calming facial treatment designed to help your dog relax during their grooming session. Using pet-safe, tear-free products, this add-on helps cleanse the face, freshen the coat, and maintain the condition of the skin and fur.
Light massage techniques are applied around the cheeks, muzzle, and forehead, tailored to your dog’s comfort and tolerance.
Nose and Paw Balm Massage
A soothing treatment designed to care for your dog’s nose and paw pads. Using a pet-safe balm, this add-on helps nourish dry areas and maintain the condition of the skin.
Gentle massage techniques are used to support comfort and relaxation, with the treatment adapted to your dog’s tolerance.
Deep Fur De-Shedding Spa Treatment
Recommended for all fur shedding dogs. In this treatment a luxurious Madra Mor Shed Safely Dog Spa Mud is massaged gently into your dog's coat, hydrating the skin, nourishing it with the mud's natural mineral properties and the added essential oils, and absorbing impurities and odours. This natural treatment helps release undercoat, remove loose fur, and detox the skin — reducing at home fur shedding and leaving your pup fresh and soft. Available as an add on treatment to a bath, mini and full groom.

Nail Trim and File
A vital part of dog grooming that ensures your pet’s paws stay healthy and comfortable. Regular nail trimming prevents overgrowth, which can lead to pain, difficulty walking, or joint issues. Filing smooths out sharp edges after trimming, reducing the risk of nails splitting or scratching surfaces. This service is performed with care to ensure your dog feels at ease, and it’s especially beneficial for maintaining proper posture and paw health. This is included free of charge with mini and full grooms and can be added to a bath and blow dry service.
Teeth Brushing
A gentle teeth brushing service to support your dog’s oral hygiene. Using pet-safe toothpaste and a calm approach, this add-on helps reduce plaque build-up and freshen breath.
This is a light maintenance treatment and works best as part of a regular routine at home and during grooming visits. Your dog’s comfort is always prioritised, and the service will be adapted to suit their tolerance.
Pick-up and/or drop-off is available if you're unable to come with your dog, depending on location and my appointment schedule.
