Doctors House Call Service is a Canadian owned and operated firm that delivers exceptional, accessible, and sustainable healthcare services. DHCS provides after-hours, home visiting Doctors on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
Service schedules change daily. Please inquire upon booking during the intake process.
Our mission at DHCS is to accommodate those patients that are over the age of 65, without a family doctor or office-based care. We are not a replacement for the family doctor. Rather, we do our best to assist patients in need who have difficulty navigating an overwhelming healthcare system in the province of Ontario.
Doctors House Call Service - Concierge Medicine operates as a private, for-profit corporation. We do not receive grants or subsidies from the province of Ontario or the Ministry of Health. DHCS is not a division of nor are we affiliated with Ontario Health atHome.

Our firm will give booking priority to patients who are over the age of 65 and without a family doctor or office-based care.
Patients under the age of 65 will have to provide further details regarding their situation during the telephone intake. In many circumstances, a request for a visit by a physician is not guaranteed.

Concierge Medicine
We also offer private concierge medical services. These services are ideal for busy individuals who are on the go with challenging schedules.
We encourage patients who have benefits or insurance plans to review with their provider regarding reimbursement for Concierge Medical Services. Fees do apply.
