NDEI.org and CCMDweb.org were award-winning educational websites that addressed unmet clinical needs in diabetes and cardiovascular disease since 1996. With an audience of more than 70,000 registered members (>45,000 opt-ins), the digital initiatives offered authoritative, immersive HCP education via interactive and traditional formats, including case studies, slides, guideline compendia, newsletters, conference coverage, and patient materials.
Following a 20-year legacy as CME-certified websites, NDEI.org and CCMDweb.org were rebranded as "independent" initiatives. This meant that content development continued to follow the tenets of CME (despite no longer being CME certified) and would remain free from commercial influence — although the websites themselves would offer commercial sponsorship.
I created this pitch deck that acted as an entree to NDEI and/or CCMD for prospective clients who sought to amortize the reach of proprietary content and build an educational brand. Customized solutions, including sponsored content and banner/display placements, and dedicated microsites, offered exposure throughout a product's lifecycle.
Of note, the narrative begins with the "Progressive Education for Progressive Diseases" strategy that I created for the rebranding of Clinical Bridges, the medcomms agency that sponsored NDEI and CCMD.
NDEI and CCMD offered clients the opportunity to tap into an engaged audience of more than 45,000 HCP opt-ins*.
Progressive learning underpinned the educational strategy
of NDEI and CCMD, offering clients customized multichannel solutions that afforded exposure throughout a product's lifecycle, starting with a disease awareness campaign focusing on unmet clinical needs.
A visual of a sponsored microsite, illustrating how various proprietary content types could be integrated into a dedicated client website on NDEI and/or CCMD.
