The fifth edition of the Deep Learning Barcelona Symposium was held on Thursday 21st of December 2023 at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. The keynote speaker was Fernando De La Torre from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). Invited session chairs were Ricardo Baeza-Yates (Northeastern University), Marta R. Costa-jussà (Meta), Aleix Martínez (Amazon), and Antonio Torralba (MIT). The program included 23 speakers and 40 poster presenters.
The fourth edition of the Deep Learning Barcelona Symposium became a single day event, also held at the in UPC-Campus Nord, on December 19, 2022. The program included 41 speakers and 44 poster presenters, and the keynote talk of Laura Leal-Taixé.
The third of the Deep Learning Barcelona Symposium was held in UPC-Campus Nord, on December 22-23, 2021. The program included 31 speakers and 45 poster presenters. Joan Bruna and Joan Serrà were the keynote speakers of the event.
The second edition of the Deep Learning Barcelona Symposium was held in the Auditori Telefónica - Diagonal 00 on December 19-20, 2019. The program included 34 speakers and 37 poster presenters, and received more than 400 attendees. The keynote speakers were Oriol Vinyals, Marta R. Costa-jussà, Aleix Martínez and Àgata Lapedriza.
The inaugural edition of the Deep Learning Barcelona Symposium was held in the UPF and UPC Campuses on 20 & 21st December, 2018. The program included 30 speakers and 10 poster presenters, and received more than 300 attendees. It included keynote talks by Anotonio Torralba, Adriana Romero, and Cristian Canton.
