The purpose of this workshop series is to promote discussions of ongoing research on the economics of diversity, inclusivity, and human capital by bringing together early-career researchers and leading scholars in these fields.
Through a series of annual workshops, we aim to delve into the burgeoning literature on the themes of gender, sexual orientation, discrimination, health, labour, development, and family economics. By facilitating the interaction of economists working on these topics, we hope to provide opportunities for feedback and collaboration which will push the frontier of research.
Last year's workshop focused on well-being and the workshop in 2023 focused on gender. This year, we will invite papers from a wide range of subfields, including gender, labour, development, health and family economics, with a particular focus on exploring opportunities and challenges in relation to diversity and human capital.
