April 2026: A first landing in the US as Sovereign--King Charles III and Queen Camilla visit Front Royal during their visit to the Trump White House (link). A memorial nearby the visitor center recalls a woman by a phrase [that she was never bored]; the Warren Heritage Center (link) presents the British manufacturing during World War II, and the frontier works that engaged the British during the early years; it's easy to forget the emotional connection the British who undertook that work meets the US today, as I would portrait two friends. My memory is of the Calvary Episcopal Church (link) and the town where I took communion on my path to independence. The map below denotes as best as I can tell from the Royal Web Site (link) where King Charles greeted visitors: To paraphrase a local banker, the line was a mile long.

The Providence Company in England ventured out to Virginia under Charles I and began a series of debates in Parliament whose members were officers of the former and contested a well-tutored Sovereign on foreign policy which faced Spain and France. May we appreciate the dilemma he faced. The landing in the Virginia Colony tested the ability of old laws to transplant to the new, as men and women adapted to eventually inaugurate the first assembly in North America (the House of Burgesses) in the year 1619. That building has to be visited in Williamsburg to be appreciated by its architectural reasoning. The Apollo 11 mission pursued the Sea of Tranquility by a remembrance of such efforts while the Sovereign and a Parliament recognize their inherent contribution to The Commonwealth in the Global Period where form and function require such understanding--given the scale by which the US contemplates the new seas and the new footprints.

Buzz Aldrin's Phd Thesis

A dedication by Buzz Aldrin when he worked on the problem of flying to the Moon at MIT, and the methods were debated at NASA (based on my memory of readings). His dedication ought to be regarded as a classic and remind every future astronaut who contemplates the new frontiers. Which graduates will undertake future missions or build the successful infrastructure?
