The information below is for player reference - you do not need to pay a deposit to join the waitlist.
Spaces in this game are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
In order to confirm your place you will also need to send a deposit. In a perfect world we would ask for payment only after the spaces are confirmed, however the site needs us to pay a sizable portion of the hire fee to confirm the booking.
In the signup form you can confidentialy tell us the names of anyone whose presence at the game would mean you felt unable to attend. We may cancel and refund some bookings as a result of this. We will also share a list of attendees (both players and crew) with everyone who has booked, and continue to update this as tickets are sold and crew members recruited. We encourage you to continue checking this, and inform us if you have any concerns.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking without giving a reason, either before or during the game. We will make every effort to refund any money you have paid by this stage, but cannot guarantee it.
The standard ticket for this game is £100 (£50 deposit, plus £50 final payment)
We are also offering 5 subsidised tickets, each at a cost of £35 (£20 deposit, plus £15 final payment). These are:
3 concession tickets, for anyone who could not afford a standard ticket.
2 community tickets, for anyone who runs larp, or wants to, but cannot afford to attend many games as a player.
You do not need to justify your choice to us.
These concession tickets are also first-come first-served. We will remove the option to select them from the booking form as soon as possible after they have sold out, and add an option to join a waitlist for a concession spot.
Your ticket covers the cost of attending the larp and accomodation for Friday and Saturday night.
Catering is not included. We aim to provide catering at a separate cost for all players who would like it. The kitchen in the building up the hill will be available for anyone who prefers to self-cater.
We've set aside 2 concessions spots to offer as 'community tickets'. You're very welcome to apply for these if you either run larps or want to run larps - and can't afford to play many larps like this one. This is a deliberately vague definition.
There's no need to send us your "larp credentials". We're offering these tickets on a trust basis.
If you have ticked the box on your signup form for a community ticket, but we have already assigned both of them, we'll move you over to a general concessions booking.

Deposits should be sent as soon as possible after filling in the booking form. We will only consider you booked from the point that we have both a form response and deposit payment from you.
Final payments are due by 7pm on the 1st July, and we will send reminders closer to the time. If we do not receive final payment by that date we will offer your place to someone else, and cannot guarantee a refund of your deposit.
You are welcome to make both payments at once if you prefer.
If you drop out of the game after making partial or full payment, we cannot guarantee a refund. It will depend on whether we can find someone on the waitlist to resell your ticket too. This typically becomes less likely the closer we get to the day of the game.
As organisers we will be planning contingencies to ensure the game can still run even if one or all of us is unable to attend. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the game, we will recoup as many costs as we can to refund players. This would likely be at least 60% of the original ticket price.

1st June - character decisions form sent to players
1st July, 7pm - full payment due. Character decks assigned shortly after
25th - 27th September - the larp
