Julia Woznowski

French Immersion Teacher

Hi there! My name is Julia Woznowski and I am an FSL educator, currently teaching French Immersion in the primary years. I am also a Master of Education student in the Language and Literacies Education program at OISE. As an educator, I am always looking for ways to engage and motivate my students to learn French and form a deeper appreciation of the language. I have a keen interest in learning more about how technology can facilitate authentic action-oriented second language tasks within the classroom as well as the ways in which a culturally relevant and responsive pedagogy (CRRP) can foster community building. I am also interested in exploring the relationship between plurilingualism and second language learning within the classroom.
