KALINISAN SA BAGONG PILIPINAS PROGRAM PERFORMANCE AUDIT
The Kalinga at Inisyatiba para sa Malinis na Bayan o KALINISAN sa Bagong Pilipinas Program intends to instill in every Filipino the spirit of "Bayanihan" by creating a policy environment for peoples' participation in taking care of the environment and promoting sustainable development for future generations.

Component 2. Barangay Road Clearing Operations (BaRCO)
Component 3. HAPAG-KILALA (Halina't Magtanim ng Gulay at Prutas sa Barangay Project)
The Department issued DILG MC No. 2023 - 133 re Barangay at Kalinisan Day (BARKADA) which enjoins all barangays to conduct a weekly clean-up drive, preferably every Saturday to encourage public participation, within their premises.
Frequency: Weekly (Every Monday after clean-up)
The implementation of BARCO shall be an integral component of KALINISAN which aligns the objectives of the KALINISAN of providing safety and convenience among the public by ensuring orderly and well-maintained roads and streets.
Frequency: Monthly (Every 19th of the Month)
The Department issued DILG MC No. 2023-001 for HAPAG to serve as a strategy to diversify food sources and contribute to ensuring food security in the country.
Frequency: Semestaral Submission
