Fillup all forms in initial setup
Click on "Next"
Click on "Step 2: Identity Information"
Click on "Next"
Click on "Step 3: Contact Information"
Click on "Next"
Click on "Step 4: Governing LGU/Office"
Click on "Save"
Click on "Yes, save it!"
Note: Fill out the registration form with the following details:
LGU Level: Barangay
Region: Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR)
Province: Leave blank (for Baguio City users)
Barangay: Select your designated barangay
Office: Select your designated office
