3.2 Household Profiles Video
Phase 1: Creating a Household Profile
Select Barangay: On the main dashboard, click on the "barangay" option to begin.
Open Inhabitant Profiling: Click the Inhabitant Profiling icon in the left sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
Create New Record: Select "Household Profiles" from the menu and then click the "Add new" button located at the top right of the screen.
Save Information: Enter the required household details—such as Household Type, Tenure Status, Household Unit, Household Name, and Monthly Income—then click the "Save" button.
Confirm Action: A prompt will appear asking "Are you sure you want to continue?"; click "Yes" to finalize the creation of the household profile.
Phase 2: Adding and Managing Household Members
Add Household Member: Locate the newly created household in the list and click the "View" button to enter the household's specific management page.
Household Management: On the household's profile page, look at the Household Management section on the right and click "Family Member".
Fill up Household Members:
Search Inhabitant: Click the "Select inhabitant..." dropdown to search for and select an existing inhabitant from your records.
Relationship to the Head: Choose the appropriate relationship for that member (e.g., Mother, Son, Daughter).
Family Type: Select or type the family group or type.
Set if it's Head: Use the "Is Head" dropdown to specify whether that individual is the designated head of the household.
Click + (Optional): To add multiple members at once, click the plus (+) icon to generate additional rows for new household members.
Finalize Household List: Once all members are added, click "Save" and confirm by clicking "Yes".
Phase 3: Generating Reports
After successfully setting up the household and its members, you can navigate to the Record Management section on the same page to generate official documentation. This includes:
