DILG Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2014-18 which aims to ensure that all the barangays nationwide adhere to the highest ideals and standards of transparency and accountability by enjoining the Punong Barangays and other barangay officials to post the six (6) barangay financial documents prescribed by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) documents in the BFDP Board.
