How to Use GALILEO
While it has similar functions like a typical Google search, GALILEO doesn't always work like a search engine. For best results, you cannot just type in question and get a specific answer. GALILEO searches give you results based on relevance. That means that it will find the results that match the most of your search terms. Sometimes this means that you get a good resource on the first try. Other times, if your search isn't worded the best, you may get results that aren't helpful to you, but match most of the words that you looked for.
The following video will walk you through how to perform a basic search in GALILEO, as well as some helpful tips on how to make your search give you the best results.
In December, GALILEO introduced a new look, with the main feature being the Bento Search. This search organizes based on type and relevance in a tile-format, rather than in a list. For more information on using the Bento Search, check out this help article from the people who developed it!
