When using video content in our posts or blogs, we must be able to select certain videos correctly. Videos contain interesting vocabulary, phrases, etc.
Let's work with a cartoon fragment, learn the vocabulary and find out how to understand the content of the video by completing certain tasks.
Objectives
By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:
🟢Enhance vocabulary related to food and restaurants.
🟢Analyze and discuss video content from cartoons, focusing on how food and dining scenes are portrayed.
🟢Improve listening and comprehension skills by watching and discussing video material, identifying key vocabulary and expressions in context.
🟢Participate in a group discussion, expressing opinions and using new vocabulary.
Task 1.
📍Watch and guess what video we will watch today and what it will be about?
Task 2.
📍Discuss the following questions in groups of four; then share your opinion with the whole class.
Do you like cooking? If yes, what do you usually prefer to cook and eat?
Do you prefer to eat homemade food or food from a cafe or restaurant? Why?
Have you ever seen animals that can cook?
Do you know how to behave in a cafe or restaurant if you are in another country? Maybe you know some special phrases. Can you call any special phrases that are usually heard in restaurants and so on?
