Accorning to FindLaw Legal Dictionary, Copyright is "a person's exclusive right to reproduce, publish, or sell his or her original work of authorship (as a literary, musical, dramatic, artistic, or architectural work)." When one uses work that is copyrighted, they could be accused of Copyright Infringement.
According to Dictionary.com, Plagiarism is "the practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own." In others words, plagiarism is stealing.
According to Copyright.gov, Fair Use is "legal doctrine that promotes freedom of expression by permitting the unlicensed use of copyright-protected works in certain circumstances....such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research."
