According to TechnoPedia acceptable use policies (ACP) include do's and don'ts of computer usage as well as consequences for misuse. AUPs should be put into place by all schools and/or school districts. Parents/guardians of students should be required to sign and return agreement in order for a student to use the school's internet or devices. Students who's parents to do sign and return agreement for any reason, should be given an alternative assignment that does not required internet access or school's device. The following is an example of an AUP that I have created.
