Water/Hydrologic cycle lesson

BEGIN HERE

Students will have two activities

One will consist of only cutting and the other will have a lot more detail.

  • the one with the most detail will be done first

  • there will be steps on to doing these things

30 mins will be spent on the detailed activity

  • we will discuss the water cycle after we are done

Then we will go over the smaller activity, and talk about the details.

The student will then read a small passage and answer the questions individually, then as a pair, they will discuss their answers

- will go over the passage and answers after everyone is done.

Materials

  • blue tissue paper

  • green tissue paper

  • scissors

  • white string

  • white cotton

  • color pencil

  • construction paper
