My name is D'andre Garcia-Stubbs I graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A in Education, Communities, & Organizations with a double minor in Diversity and Human Rights. I received my Masters in Secondary Education through Arizona State University. I identify as Black & Mexican and hail from Yakima, WA.
