Adaptability: is being able to adjust to new conditions. Often time as leaders and as individuals, in general, we encounter situations that do not go as planned and we have to learn how to adapt. This is important to me because I know the importance of this characteristic and knowing how to adapt will allow me to continue moving forward.
Curiosity: is important to me because if one does not desire to know or learn something then there would be no changes in this world. It is because of the question “Why” that leads towards change. Curiosity is important to me because questions is how we learn, it is how new things are created and is the backbone of innovation and leadership.
Love: have a deep feeling of affection allows someone to be passionate about the work they are doing. It is important to me because if I do not love the work I am doing, I will not be able to fully do it to the best of my ability.
Honesty: telling the truth and being able to take responsibilities for your actions is important to me. I strive to be transparent with the work I am doing and want to be honest with myself. This is important to me because I strongly dislike being lied to no matter what setting it is in.
