The initial gameplan with Dokuro is using her 5S in combos to initiate oki or big damage. 5S should also be used to stop aerial attacks and make the opponent cautious to approach her. 6S is also a great tool to surprise the opponent while they attempt to get in on Tomoka or staying too far from her. With trump card this assist delivers so much fear in the end.

After you call Dokuro 5S you normally want to do 214[B] which offers a variety of options.
214[B] > 5AB to extend the combo. This can be followed by Trump card, 5AB, Power blast or Climax Art.
2A or 2C for a low

Throw
Run up neutral jump to throw bait
Super Jump over them and double jump up, you can go down high or low on either side. You can also do the j.C Ranbu option select to catch reversal power blast, red trump or impact skill. Even if blocked the ice basket will keep them in blockstun and allows you to continue to pressure. After most of these options you get a confirm from the opponent being hit by ice basket which in turn lets you setup more oki (for example Ice basket hit > 5AB Perfect Shot > OTG 2B > 5C > 214B)
Mashiro serves as both a potent neutral tool and potentially terrifying setplay. 5S unleashes a murder of baumkuchen that fiendishly roll forward, serving as a projectile to front your approach or as a combo extender. 6S sets out four cats that serve as both ample tick throw and high-low set-ups as well as checks against the opponent's movement and pokes as you close in. With Tomoka it adds another layer of oki and tick-throw options due to her 6S. With this assist, this also allows Tomoka to initiate cross-up protection break setups and casually loop it with the meter provided.

Rusian can easily overwhelm opponents with 6S (Monster Train) and completely control the pace of the match. 5S is a counter move with a huge trigger box in case the enemy gets a little too close. HKD and on neutral this assist is a threat that allows Tomoka to mix up, bait and pressure with ease. Combo potential is there however he really shines when used as oki. If they block monster train, Tomoka has enough time to setup for more pressure to come.

To link 6S>5A you have to delay 6S input after 5/2C. It’ll be correct if after 5AB the goblins don’t hit the opponent before she releases the ball.
