Open Educational Resources (OER's) can be difficult to find currently for this content, but there are some low-cost options being developed, and you may choose to pair your own selected learning activities with one of these. One example, from Dr. Mike Long at Howard Community College, uses Knewton Learning along with in-house created materials. Knewton Learning (a division of Wiley) has course shells with problems similar to what would be found in other commercial textbooks. However, you will have to create your own shell for the mathematics for teachers courses from the existing course shells. The problems will not be in one shell as is the case with commercial texts.
