Sharpen your skills, build confidence, and have fun on the court this summer with the Des Moines Defenders Basketball Camps! Our camps focus on skill development, shooting, ball handling, defense, and game play in a positive and encouraging environment.

🟡 Youth Camp (Ages 7–11)

Perfect for younger players who want to learn the fundamentals of basketball while having fun and building confidence.

🔵 Middle School Camp (Ages 12–14)

📅 July 13, 15 & 16
⏰ 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Focused skill development including shooting, ball handling, footwork, and game situations.

🔴 High School Camp (Boys & Girls)

📅 July 27, 29 & 30
⏰ 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Advanced training designed to improve shooting, decision-making, conditioning, and competitive play.
