The Evaluation phase of Feedback That Fuels focuses on how we will measure the success and impact of the course once it is launched. Evaluation is more than checking completion data—it is about understanding whether new and emerging managers at Firefly are able to apply the SBI framework, whether feedback conversations are improving, and how these changes affect team culture.
This page outlines how evaluation will be structured using the Kirkpatrick Model, with measures at four levels: learner reaction, knowledge gained, behavior change, and organizational results. It also describes the tools we will use—Coursebox analytics, Qualtrics surveys, manager interviews, and Slack channel discussions—to collect both quantitative and qualitative data.
The goal of this phase is twofold: first, to determine if Feedback That Fuels meets its intended learning and business objectives; and second, to identify insights that can improve future iterations of the course and inform the broader Firefly Manager Microcredential Program.
