The Development phase of Feedback That Fuels captures how the course was built and refined into a complete learning experience. This stage brought the design plans to life through authoring tools, video production, and iterative prototyping.
Each section not only documents the assets created but also reflects on the design decisions behind them—for example, why a three-step simulation structure was chosen, how testimonial voices were crafted for cultural authenticity, and how rapid prototyping shaped tool selection (Synthesia, Canva, Storyline 360, Coursebox).
Use this page to see how the vision outlined in the Design phase transformed into tangible learning materials ready for implementation.

The walkthrough shows how the course looks and functions inside the LMS. It also includes notes about my design decisions.
I selected Coursebox as the LMS for this project because it allows me to go beyond a single SCORM package and showcase a richer, learner-centered delivery. Coursebox supports custom AI tutors that guide learners through the course experience, while also providing robust data analytics for administrators through xAPI tracking.
Using an LMS in this deliverable package demonstrates not only how instructional delivery supports learners but also how Coursebox adds value by:
Offering additional resources to help learners apply new skills.
Building a learner-centered approach that prioritizes engagement and support.
Fostering a consistent brand culture across Firefly’s leadership programs.
Scaling into a micro-credential program that can eventually generate revenue for the L&D team if offered externally.
Please note that this deliverable is not the full course and does not address all of the learning objectives. Instead, it represents a single simulation activity designed to target one specific learning objective. The purpose of this simulation is to provide learners with a safe space to practice applying the SBI framework in a realistic, scenario-based setting.
This deliverable should be viewed as one learning activity within the larger course. The complete course experience—including all modules, resources, and assessments—is delivered through the LMS package, which integrates multiple activities (including this simulation) into a cohesive learning pathway.
