Too Many "Exotics"

Has anyone else noticed the sheer amount of "people" who have "exotic" bodysculpting done? People who've had surgery to make themselves look like dogs or cats or whatever other freakish thing they can think of? I swear every time I go down to the strip or walk Fremont street it's just a freakshow parade. Last weekend I went out to the bar with some friends and our bartender looked like she'd been turned into some kind of demon. Needless to say, I did not tip the devil. But where are they all coming from?

I thought Biotechnica were the only ones that could do these kinds of full service exotic bodysculpts. But as we all know, Biotechnica doesn't yet have a particularly large presence in our city. So, where are they coming from? Who's doing this? Can we shut them down and have a normal city again?
