Biotechnica Seeks To Reclaim What's Theirs

We can all agree that Biotechnica's presence would be a boon to our city. Before the cyberpsycho rampage Biotechnica had a network of research facilities, plasma donation centers, and clinics throughout the city that provided jobs to the jobless, wealth to the impoverished, and care to those who needed it all while advancing research into hard to treat conditions. Biotechnica was a boon to our city.

Then the rampage happened and Biotechnica did what anyone would do in their shoes: they protected their people. They left us so that they could continue to make the world a better place. It was a smart move on their part, salvage what you can and get out because our city was literally burning. Besides, isn't that what you're supposed to do: help yourself to the oxygen before assisting your neighbor? Well, now that they're safe, they've come back to help.

Biotechnica has been looking to reacquire it's research labs within the Vegas Valley and for the most part it looks promising... in every lab except the most important one. Just a little ways off of Warm Springs Road sits the Luchessia Medical Arts Center, which before the rampage served Biotechnica as a medical trial laboratory. There they studied all forms of difficult to treat conditions, including a possible treatment for cyberpsychosis. This lab is currently occupied by a group of squatters calling themselves "The Misfits"

I've personally seen these "Misfits" and they are dangerous, cybered-up freaks. Covered in chrome, they paint their faces green and black, wear strange clothes, make strange noises at all hours of the night, and are general nuisances. Like the menaces they are they have refused every offer Biotechnica has given them. No amount of money or negotiation has been able to sway these "Misfits," and as we all know when negotiation breaks down there's only one option left.

I'd hate to see violence threaten something as wonderful as the Luchessia Medical Arts Center, but sometimes violence is necessary before healing can begin.
