PERSONALITY: Johan believes in the singular idea that most of the universe is death and the insignificance of life, which is why he doesn’t to care for even is own life, provoking others to pull the trigger numerous times, despite how determined he is with his cause with targeting anyone in association to 511 Kinderheim, who were involved in his past. His beliefs are consistent with Nihilism as he does not see a meaning to life. On the surface Johan is well-mannered and compassionate, whilst hiding his true motives with ease. This makes it easy for him to make new allies and manipulate them into doing various deeds for him. By nature, he is incredibly persuasive and charming, and possesses a high level of intelligence and charisma. He is very eloquent speaker and has the ability to make his audience understand and feel for his viewpoint. He was especially good at bringing out the “monster” in other people, encouraging them to accept their inner darkness. He leaves a strong impression on people due to his seemingly flawless personality.
The decisions of others, such as his mother and the contributors to the brutal experiments in the 511 Kinderheim and the Red Rose Mansion, were events that affected him greatly, and when executing his plans he attempts to a recreation of the violent scenes he experienced. He uses Nihilism to pursue his visions by destroying peace and instigating a massacre by provoking people and anticipating how the events will connect and follow through their actions, as well as understanding the human psyche. His schemes are premeditated and well-calculated. Whilst manipulating individuals so they can do his bidding, he is highly aware of where his goals and the situation are heading.
He is highly proficient at analysis and deduction, especially when it comes to the human psyche, and can instantly gain direct access to people’s cores, hitting their weak spots, acknowledging their worth (Ni), and figuring out their mental processes, with manipulation coming easily thereafter. He possess innate understanding/knowledge of psychology. He understands how the mind works to the smallest details, which was a skill he mastered and developed from being raised the Orphanage.

Complex. Johan wants to gain power and control of the German Economy, (until he discovered the children’s book called “A Nameless Monster” which then shifts his focus towards uncovering his past and abandons his plans). Johan masks his vileness and coldness with a persuasive, unfailing veneer of compassion and politeness, and bears an aura of perfection. When approaching others, he is almost angelic in both appearance and behavior... This meticulously crafted façade makes it easy for him to make new allies and manipulate them into doing various deeds for him through the influence of his supposed friendship and good will. With such skill in creating this sense of perfection and pureness, Johan hides his true motives with ease. He uses people as his assets and knows how much to bend a situation in order to achieve the outcome he wants. Often the aim of his plans is the manipulation of people to set up a massacre unfolds with chaos and destruction, which he takes pleasure in creating. However, Johan rarely confronts his victims directly, instead preferring to use others to establish his goals, and mostly operates behind the scenes, using his strong influence as an advantage rather than direct confrontation.
Throughout his childhood, Johan would kill his foster parents and move on to find another suitable host. The reason being, in relation to his sister, their uncle was constantly trying to break them apart. Anyone even remotely appearing as a threat, or is seen speaking with him resulted in their death. He wants to protect Anna above all else, and will stop at nothing to inflict pain to those who wish to whisk her away. His emotions surrounding Anna are often known only to him, as Johan feels very protective of their relationship. He exhibits sadness in rare moments of vulnerability, as she rejects these advances and wants for her brother to stay out of her life.
He rarely kills with his own hands. He possesses an equal capacity for psychological torture and can persuade nearly anybody to kill either others or themselves; whenever possible, however, Johan will subject his victims to the worst possible suffering and loss rather than killing them himself, which often drives them to suicide anyhow. (i.e. Causing children to play a game in which they face and walk to each other on the ledge of tall buildings, and the one who falls to their deaths is the loser. Convincing a recovering alcoholic to drink and subsequently fall to his death. Manipulating the orphanage he was held in, by disrupting the distribution of power and watching everyone kill each other one by one. To which he mandates, “I didn’t do anything but pour oil on a pre-existing fire.”)
