Delivery-App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Delivery-App mobile application and related delivery services.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Delivery-App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

About the Service

Delivery-App is a technology platform used exclusively for the pickup, transportation and delivery of parcels, documents and lawful products. The platform does not provide passenger transportation services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.

Delivery Requests

You must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, recipient details and a truthful description of the package.

Prohibited Items

Users must not send illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition, explosives, hazardous chemicals, counterfeit goods, stolen property, human remains, live animals (unless expressly permitted by law), or any item prohibited under Ugandan law.

Payments

Applicable delivery fees are displayed before confirmation. Extra charges may apply where package size, weight or delivery distance differs from the original order.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must package items securely, ensure they are lawful to transport and make sure the recipient is available to receive the package.

Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Delivery partners must handle packages with reasonable care, comply with applicable traffic laws and verify delivery using approved proof-of-delivery methods such as OTP, signature or photograph.

Privacy

Your use of the application is governed by the Delivery-App Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Delivery-App is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, government action, force majeure, or incorrect information supplied by users.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, illegal activities or violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
