Delivery-App Delivery Partner Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the Delivery-App Partner Application by independent delivery partners. The platform is designed solely for the pickup and delivery of parcels, documents and lawful products. It must not be used for passenger transportation.

2. Independent Contractor

Delivery partners operate as independent contractors and not employees of Delivery-App.

3. Registration

Partners must complete registration, identity verification (KYC where applicable), and any onboarding requirements before using the platform.

4. Account Security

Partners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must immediately report any unauthorized access.

5. Delivery Services

Partners agree to collect, transport and deliver packages safely, professionally and in accordance with the law.

6. Prohibited Items

Partners must refuse to transport illegal drugs, firearms, explosives, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, stolen property, live animals where prohibited, or any item that violates Ugandan law or Delivery-App policies.

7. Pricing and Earnings

Delivery-App may calculate delivery charges, commissions and partner earnings through the application. Earnings and applicable deductions will be displayed in the partner account.

8. Equipment

Partners are responsible for maintaining their own motorcycle, bicycle, vehicle or delivery equipment unless otherwise agreed.

9. Customer Service

Partners must treat customers respectfully, protect packages from damage and verify deliveries using approved proof-of-delivery methods such as OTP, signature or photo.

10. Privacy

Partners must protect customer personal information and comply with applicable data protection laws.

11. Suspension

Delivery-App may suspend or permanently deactivate partner accounts for fraud, repeated cancellations, theft, misconduct, unsafe driving, or breaches of these Terms.

12. Liability

Delivery-App is not liable for delays or losses caused by weather, traffic, force majeure or inaccurate information supplied by customers or partners.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
