REFLECTION FOR LESSON 2:
Similar to the previous lesson, Lesson 2, which was about the Characteristics of 21st Century Assessment, also provides knowledge on what should be considered in preparing and giving the 21st century assessment. In this lesson, I learned that an assessment should be given regularly after the lesson. I also became aware that unlike traditional assessment, which uses an identical approach, the new assessment must be flexible and adaptable to the learners. Furthermore, it is stated that assessments must be informative, transparent, and measure the stated objectives. These eight characteristics of a 21st century assessment are significantly essential in guiding teachers and future educators like me, in making their assessments towards the demands of the 21st century.
