In the distance a dark gray cloud slowly disgorges a mote. The mote looks like and bottle opening broken free of the rest of the vessel partway up the neck. On the top of the mote are a carved pathway that goes all the way round a wall with a huge set of double doors. Atop the wall is a massive dome of water that appears opaque and solid.
"Well thank you, that was such a good nap. Now what was that? Ahh yes. You wish to know more about Bella the Sentinel. Bella is a noble of the Triseelie court, the first of the Seven Sisters. She controls the Nightmares of the Seas.
"When sailors are lost at sea, she is there. When folk feel a tickling in the back of their brains reminding them of the depths stretching beheath them, that is her whispering to them. And when one feels something unseen brush against their legs under the water and out of sight, well that is her caress. Right below they fall into her final watery embrace.
"My warning to you is, be wary of the water, and terrified of the teeth contained therein.
"Now off with you. Fortune favors the brave! And I, for one, need my rest."

The entire Water Dome is filled with sea water that, surprisingly, does not rush out as you open the door. The floor infrom of you looks like a gnarled coral reef. Here and there there are holes large enough for a goblin to get stuck in. A moment later there is a burning sensation on each side of your neck, you each up an feel gills, but try as you might breathing through your mouth no longer seems to work the way it did only moments ago. A vicious chorus of slather sounds cut through the water just as you step forward and take you first few breaths of water and breathe deeply as a crush of blue forms make to attack you.

Drifting side from side to side slowly, languidly a small grove of blue kelp grows here. Each leave is the size of a standard issue shield and metallic blue in color. Roll for a Perception check DC13.

If successful: the party notices that many of the leaves/branches in the Blue Kelp grove are actually a large group of Giant Moray Eels sunning themselves as the barely touch the main stems of the Blue Kelp.
To your left you see 3 small grindylow with spears and one larger grindylow lording over the three smaller ones. You are surprised as you gain a new perspective on the phrase "a shark-toothed grin" as this great beast throws itself at you. Roll for Initiative.
This hall is filled with the form of a pale green giant octopus who reaches towards you and your companions as quickly closes the distance between the both of you.
Racing around the corner are two fish. The first cover in sliver scales that seem more like pieces of plate mail than scales and the second is a longer, sinewy fish. Both drop their jaws wide upon seeing you. You think that maybe, just maybe they could swallow you whole!
Bella the Sentinal dwells in this chamber she is the Triseelie Noble of Terror or the Water. She was the guardian of the Blue Dreamstone which she used to create her Water Done, her Palace, her prison.
Slowly descending from a cloud bank both in front of you and to the west a massive mote from this distance looking more like a mountain resting on a great bed of hanging tree moss. The entire edifice is almost half of a mile tall. As you stare you can tell that the Moss on the great mote is actually a dense triple canopy jungle whose vines hang dow and on top of which juts a single small mountain.
"Well now. Let me share something with you which even now I am coming to terms with. I believe that we are in a blister realm, The Prison of the Triseelie. Whose weave is made of dreams in the hopes of trapping the nightmares in this place. We crossed the threshhold of this blister planes when we sailed through the Thunderheads a few days back. You must defeat them. They loyal subjects of the Nightmare King, and cannot be allowed to rally to his side.
“There is little more frightening than the beastial nature of Amel the Vanguard. It is said that long ago she even trapped one of the Gods of the Old Ways named Gnalish, the Hunter Dragon. As much as you can, leave the nightmares to themselves. Somewhere on Amel’s mote you will find Amel herself. She is said to always be touching a silver chest that holds her most prized treasures including a War Lance she pried from dead hand of the great Boros Legion General Amalout Taskor, who was felled by her great and mighty bite.
Be aware she is a hunter and keeps trophies. I wonder what her treasury looks like with so many falling to her jaws since, well since before the dawning of time."

"In the woods nearby you hear a growl that turns into a perverse throat rippling as if the beast is attempting to draw all of the mucus from its entire core. There is the briefest of pauses then a wet percussive blast erupts from the woods. You hear the snapping of small branches above you as a heavy yellow green globule longer than the length of your foot. It bursts and it hits the ground like an egg striking the cobblestones of a city street. The forest floor begins to sizzle as the forest floor begins to melt from the acidic vomit that had impacted against it."
