4th Aug, 2022, Saturday, I was just thinking to start something good & intresting where I can bring change to my life. But could not figure out. However, I started my Instagram page @deepaksfitnessworld and started posting my workout videos and posts.
After few months, It became a habit for me and I also started getting positive response from my friends, colleagues and cousins. From there, it became a cue for me to do workout because many viewers (like I was in 2012 waiting for right time to be aware about fitness and health) are waiting for my video which can inspire them. That cause pushed me to wake up every morning without any alarm, do workout and post video on social media
January 2023, I observed by posting videos everyday, I am getting consistency & great results NOT ONLY in my workout routine BUT ALSO, in my professional life too. Gradually, I observed efficiency, satisfaction, self achievement, commitment, Happiness and Days without anxiety & fear towards everything in life.
March, 2023, I realised, if I can make a habit then others can also get inspired and stay fit. That was fair enough for me to bring this fitness routine it to another level and beyond self. Thus, I converted my Instagram (@deepaksfitnessworld) channel to professional account so that reach of my channel could get vast.
This initiative I started to make people aware about health that health is important not only for them but also for their Family and Loved ones too.
Since then, I started many events on my Instagram channel:
30 Days workout goal
21 Days workout goal
Daily Pushup Goal etc.
Finally I officially started Online "Bodyweight Workout" program in March 2023 to aware people about health and fitness.
Journey Continued
Esha, My Wife, used to do light workout like Walk and Cardio. She also joined me December to support me in this Fitness Program. She also witnessed massive changes in her body.
She started Running and Push-ups and struggled a lot to do even 2 push-ups. Now, she can do more than 10 push-ups in one set. Moreover, she is able to do all type of push-ups now (Inclined, Flat, Declined, Diamond or Pike Push-ups)
Power of Association
Since then, she is also regular on the fitness journey. Workout routine is now kind a routine like we eat food, sleep and office work. If we are not able to do full workout, at least we are regular on Brisk Walk/Cycling/Running or just Push-ups/Pull-ups or YOGA.
40 Minutes/day is a minimum benchmark for us, even if we are on Travel or in any Family gathering, workout is supposed be done!
Some days I feel lazy, some days Esha want to skip, but, it's "Power of Association" which keep us going towards the GOAL!
We (Esha & I) are IT Professionals & Fitness enthusiasts, seeking for a better, healthy and happy life and surroundings. As per our understanding and recent experience, one of the input to achieve it is with Stable, healthy Body and Mind. This is very much Doable with Daily Workout!
