PRIVACY POLICY

1. DATA COLLECTION
The "TVguide(app)" application does not collect, store, or share any personal user data. The app is a TV guide tool for viewing schedules, EPG information, and channel metadata from sources added by the user. It does not require the creation of an account or the entry of personal information.

2. DATA USAGE
Any content you work with, including M3U source URLs, channel lists, EPG/XMLTV metadata, favorites, and app preferences, is stored locally on your device. "TVguide(app)" does not transmit or share this data with third parties.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
"TVguide(app)" does not use third-party services that require the sharing of personal data. If the user adds an external M3U or XMLTV source, the app may connect to that source only to retrieve guide-related data requested by the user.

4. SECURITY
Information stored within the app remains on the user’s device. "TVguide(app)" does not operate external servers for storing user data. User-added sources should be legal and accessible in the user’s country.

5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. Any changes will be communicated within the app and will take effect from the date of publication.
