PRIVACY POLICY

1. DATA COLLECTION
The "R4DIO" application does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal user data.

The app is a radio player designed for listening to live radio streams, managing favorite stations, importing or replacing station lists, and controlling playback across supported Apple platforms. It does not require the creation of an account or the entry of personal information.

2. DATA USAGE
Any content you manage in the app, including radio station lists, playlist URLs, favorite stations, recently played stations, playback preferences, and app settings, is stored locally on your device or in the app’s private Apple App Group container when needed for widgets and platform integration.

"R4DIO" does not transmit this information to external servers controlled by us and does not share it with third parties.

3. RADIO STREAMS AND EXTERNAL LINKS
The app may connect directly to radio stream URLs or playlist URLs selected by the user or included in the initial station list.

When you play a radio stream, your device connects to the relevant radio provider or streaming host. Those third-party providers may process technical connection data according to their own privacy policies. "R4DIO" does not control those external services and does not receive personal data from them.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
"R4DIO" does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking tools, or services that require the sharing of personal data.

5. SECURITY
Information stored within the app remains on the user’s device. App data is protected by the security mechanisms provided by iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Apple’s app sandboxing system.

No personal data is transmitted to external servers operated by us.

6. BACKGROUND AUDIO, WIDGETS, CARPLAY AND AIRPLAY
The app may use Apple system features such as background audio, widgets, CarPlay, AirPlay, and media controls to provide playback functionality.

These integrations are handled through Apple platform APIs and do not require "R4DIO" to collect personal user data.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will take effect from the date of publication and may be communicated within the app or through the App Store listing.
